About Us

A jetting outfit that will tell you when jetting is not the answer. Local trucks, camera footage you keep, and a flat rate agreed before the hose comes off the reel.

Why we specialise

Most plumbing companies own a jetter and use it occasionally. We built the business around it, because in this part of Riverside County the thing wrecking drain lines is not usually an object stuck in the pipe. It is a layer bonded to the wall, and clearing that properly is a specific skill with a specific machine.

Murrieta water runs at roughly twelve grains per gallon, which is classified very hard. Over decades that deposits mineral scale inside drain lines, the wall turns rough, and rough pipe catches grease, hair and lint. The line narrows from the inside until ordinary household use exceeds what it can carry. That is the local pattern, and it does not respond to the tool most people have used on it.

The obvious conflict of interest, addressed

There is a problem with a company named after the service it sells: every line starts to look like it needs jetting. We would rather lose a job than create one.

So the camera goes in before anyone quotes a price, and there are several findings that lose us the work. A single object near a fixture needs a cable, which is faster and cheaper than anything we would charge. A bellied section holding standing water will jet up beautifully and block again, because the fault is grade rather than deposit. Cast iron thinned behind heavy scale sometimes should not be jetted hard at all. You will hear all three when they apply.

A drain company that never finds a problem outside its own service list is not being straight with you.

How we price

Flat rate, agreed in writing, before any hose comes off the reel. Not hourly, because hourly pricing on a job with an unknown end point is a blank cheque, and not a number that moves once someone is already under your house.

There is no trip charge when you go ahead with the work. A standalone camera inspection is a real service that takes real time, so it carries a fee, and that fee is credited against the job if you proceed within thirty days.

Camera before, camera after, footage is yours

Before, so you are not paying for somebody's guess about what is in your pipe. After, so you can see the wall actually came clean rather than taking our word for it because the water is moving.

You keep the video either way. It is worth having if you are selling the house, dealing with a home warranty, or simply want something to compare against in three years. If we find a defect we cannot clean our way out of, you get that on film too, along with the locate position and depth, and you are entirely free to take it to other contractors for bids.

Where we work

Murrieta first, and southwest Riverside County around it. Temecula and Wildomar are effectively next door, and we are regularly in Menifee, Lake Elsinore, French Valley and Winchester. The trucks are based locally, which is the whole reason an after-hours call gets a short drive rather than a dispatch from another county.

We cover the city properly, not just the postcodes that are convenient. Historic Murrieta, California Oaks, Murrieta Hot Springs, Copper Canyon, Alta Murrieta, Bear Creek, The Colony, Greer Ranch, Los Alamos Hills and Murrieta Oaks all get the same service at the same rates.

Licensing and insurance

Licensed, bonded and insured in California. Ask for the licence number on the phone and you will get it without any hesitation or a story about why it is complicated.
