When you use the contact form. Your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the area you are in, and whatever you tell us about the problem. We also record the IP address the request came from, purely so we can identify abuse of the form.

To answer your enquiry, quote the work, carry out the job and keep a service record for the property. Keeping a record matters practically: if we camera your line today, that footage is worth comparing against in three years.
Nobody, except the service providers that make the site work. Those are our email delivery provider, which handles form submissions in transit, our hosting provider, and Google Analytics. We do not sell personal information, and we never have. We do not share your details with other contractors or lead brokers.
We will disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within twelve months. Records for completed jobs, including camera footage, are kept for up to seven years, which matches how long you might reasonably need them for a warranty or insurance question. Analytics data follows the retention period set in Google Analytics.
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. You can block them in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and the site will work exactly the same.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and where it came from, delete it, correct it, or confirm that we do not sell or share it. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you are welcome to ask us to confirm that.
